Tasks

-Build forecasts and scenario models to test commercial and contractual changes -Create ad hoc and bespoke reports for operational and commercial analysis -Monitor KPIs and provide reporting and insights to support senior management and client decision-making -Support senior management with accurate and timely information for decision-making -Build and maintain performance data, ensuring accurate information about jobs, skills, and operational resources -Making an Impact: Get involved in CSR initiatives and give back to your community. -Develop and improve planning and forecasting data, capturing feedback and responding to business needs

-Customer-focused with a delivery-oriented mindset -Ability to organise, multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure -Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail -Excellent written and verbal communication skills -Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, including pivot tables, graphs, and PowerPoint -Strong analytical and data management skills, with experience in data analysis or forecasting roles -Knowledge of telecom infrastructure build programs is desirable
