Tasks

-Participate in data reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement projects. -Contribute to safety communications and wellbeing initiatives. -Work with Engineers, Supervisors, and Project Managers to embed safe and sustainable work practices. -Actively engage in Bild’s Cadet Development Pathway and mentoring program. -Support the rollout of Bild’s Safety-First culture across projects. -Assist with workplace inspections, audits, and incident prevention activities.

What You Bring

-Pathway into Safety Advisor roles across major civil infrastructure projects -Holds a White Card and Driver’s Licence. -Is currently completing or recently completed a Certificate III/IV in Work Health & Safety (or equivalent tertiary study). -Pathway into future Safety Advisor, Environment Advisor, or HSEQ Advisor roles upon program completion. -Has strong communication and organisational skills.
