Revenue Accountant

Overview

Manages invoicing, cash receipts, AR ledger maintenance, and collections for revenue accounting.

Tasks

-Posts cash receipts. -Remits quarterly fees collected to states and municipalities -Generates invoices and billing documentation within month end close deadlines -Maintains accounting ledgers and client accounts and performs research.

What You Bring

-Excellent organizational and time management skills -Demonstrated experience and familiarity with standard industry accounting software packages -Experience with standard Microsoft programs – Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint – and ability to learn new software products and tools -Applicable education and strong AR background would be considered -Attention to detail and proactive positive attitude -Must be flexible and very open to change -Experience with SAGE Intacct is preferred but not required -2-4 year Accounting degree preferred
