Tasks

-Identify and mitigate risks related to construction, utilities, and infrastructure. -Oversee multiple concurrent projects, working closely with city officials and 3rd party GC firms to ensure compliance with local requirements. -Monitor contractor performance, budgets, and schedules to ensure project objectives are achieved. -Drive stakeholder engagement and communication, reporting directly to site leadership and interfacing with internal and external partners. -Lead and manage the external projects scope, ensuring seamless coordination from design to completion.
