The Role
Overview
Coordinate and deliver small‑scale facility projects, managing contractors, budgets and CAFM data.

Tasks
-Upload all relevant paperwork related to works carried out, ensuring the right hierarchy is used -To plan, prioritise and allocate work -Monitor minor works progress, updating the plan daily, and reporting internally and to the client as and when required. -Complete the financial closure of the Projects to ensure timely billing completion -Liaise with sub-contractors on the delivery of packages of works -Liaise with product suppliers on lead times and availability, informing the Regional teams of any delays -Consolidation of billable remedial works by geography, skill set requirement -Ensure the CAFM system is updated accurately and in a timely manner -Manage ad hoc client requests for roll out of Minor Project Works generally up to the value of circa £50k -Price and control small works projects

What You Bring
-An effective communicator both written & oral -Excellent communication skills -Self-disciplined and able to work on own initiative -Report writing skills -Analytical skills -Strong financial/commercial acumen and desirable to hold prior knowledge of pricing and controlling small works -Preferably CAFM experience, however job specific training can be provided -Flexible and adaptable approach to work
