Tasks

As a Customer Service Operative, you’ll be responsible for completing planned and reactive maintenance in occupied properties, including carpentry, plaster patching, decorating, and other general multi-trade tasks. You’ll ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and with the customer at the heart of everything you do. -Source and manage materials efficiently to ensure work is completed on time. -Adhere to Harron Homes’ Health & Safety policies and site regulations. -Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to report recurring issues and complete inspections. -Communicate effectively with customers regarding issues and updates. -Maintain vehicles, tools, and stock to support reliable service delivery. -Clean and tidy worker with respect for customers’ homes. -Provide a proactive, customer-focused service, maintaining excellent relationships with residents. -Undertake agreed remediation and maintenance works to the highest standard.
