Vendor Management Analyst

Overview

Support vendor management programs by maintaining CMMS data, monitoring KPIs, handling inbox, and aiding RFPs.

Tasks

-Proactively searches for process improvement -Oversight of large communications for process updates, escalations, and general notices -Regular CMMS Schedules audits -Program performance monitoring of KPIs, compliant Work Orders, escalations, etc. -Manage shared mailbox; respond to general inquiries and escalate as appropriate -Schedule data maintenance to ensure proper alignment -Provide RFP support with comparison of current service schedule extract to ensure proposed RFP changes and all added/modified services are correctly captured

What You Bring

-Basic understanding of Corporate Real Estate and Financial concepts -Strong verbal presentation skills, ability to communicate planning strategy and concepts to Leadership through to move plans to employees -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, strong communication skills -Ability to track all work and key metrics -Advanced relationship building skills -Ability to develop user documentation as it relates to functions -Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills -Experience in communicating with all levels of management -Takes ownership, problem solves thoughtfully and in a timely manner -Ability to process work quickly, accurately and with changing priorities -BA/BS degree in a related discipline or field of study or equivalent experience -Ability to effectively interpret and apply policy and procedure -Effective oral, written communication and presentation skills
