-Administer main contracts (JCT), including valuations, variations, and final accounts -Mentor junior QS staff and contribute to continuous improvement across the business -Lead commercial management of façade remediation and recladding projects -Oversee procurement, cost control, and subcontractor account management -Liaise with site teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure commercial objectives are met -Deliver accurate cost reporting and forecasting to support project delivery
