Tasks

-Ensuring project financial performance and risk management, being accountability for project safety, scope, cost, quality and schedule, while providing an environment within which the project team can thrive -Leading delivery of major projects through the execution phase -Leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering client excellence -Utilising your experience to mentor junior team members and foster a culture of safety, innovation, sustainability and collaboration. -Coordinating with site-based teams and contractors. -Preparing project management plans and ensuring technical compliance, project governance, lessons learnt capture and process enhancements to embed continuous improvement. -Developing opportunities utilising your established industry connections both with clients and subcontractors -Leading, coordinating and administering end-to end delivery of the project from commencement through to finalisation -Coordinating with site-based teams and contractors -Supporting business development initiatives and being accountable for bids assigned to you as a bid leader -Building and maintaining strong relationships with the client and internal team and driving collaboration to meet client and project objectives and expectations -Winning work and developing client relationships

What You Bring

-High attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills -Bachelor’s degree qualification in engineering or other relevant discipline. -Construction management or site experience welcome -As an experienced Project Manager, you will have at least 15 years’ experience in delivering power generation projects through the development and execution phases -Experience in developing proposals, budgets and schedules for execution projects -Ideally you will have experience working in an engineering consulting environment -Industry connections (client or contractor-side or for OEM)
