Tasks

-Communicate progress and challenges with management, offering creative solutions -Lead the job site team and coordinate with helpers to complete tasks efficiently -Foster effective on-site communication, giving and receiving direction clearly -Enforce and follow company safety protocols and correct/report any hazards -Perform house rough-in work: measuring, cutting, and pulling wire -Complete trim-out installations: plugs, lights, fixtures, and switches -Maintain a strong working relationship with the division manager
