Tasks

The Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day management of commercial construction job sites. This includes supervising subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, managing schedules, and coordinating with project managers, inspectors, and clients. -Maintain detailed daily reports and project documentation -Conduct regular site meetings and communicate updates with stakeholders -Resolve issues that may delay project timelines or impact budget -Read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules -Oversee all field operations from groundbreaking to final walkthrough -Manage site safety, quality control, and daily job site activities -Enforce safety regulations and company policies -Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and inspections to maintain schedule

What You Bring

They are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality. -Reliable transportation and a clean driving record -Competency with project management tools and reporting (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.) -OSHA 30 Certification preferred -Proven track record managing ground-up builds and/or tenant improvements -Excellent organizational and time-management skills -Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices -3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction -Ability to lead and motivate subcontractors and field crews -Proficient in reading and understanding construction drawings and documents
