The Role

Overview

Oversee pre‑installation, installation, and completion of trades on construction sites.

Tasks

-Oversee and manage the installations to include inspections and quality control as well as how materials are measured and installed. -Ensure trainees exceed ILG Quality Assurance industry expectations. -Assist the Customer Service Department as necessary as ILG field expert. -Coordinate with independent contractors to ensure work is completed timely and accurately per builder timelines and requirements on construction sites. Ensures that all safety and OSHA regulations are communicated to staff. -Manage Team and Installation process on job sites during construction. Track and manage materials while ensuring quality installations and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. -Train new Field Managers as needed with progress reports to the Area Manager.

What You Bring

-Work performed at construction jobsites and office. -All Qualifications in Level I plus: -Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization. -Entry level computer skills and knowledge of basic systems and applications and use of handheld devices and tablets. -Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend and stoop for 8+ hours. Minor lifting and carrying may be required. -4 years of experience in multiple trades to include tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets -Clean driving record and valid license -Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. -Ability to read and comprehend plans, builder communications, training materials, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. -Shadow experienced Field Manager to learn inspection process. -All Qualifications in Level II plus: -Ability to utilize basic math skills to calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference, linear feet, yardage, and square footage. -1 year of experience -7 years of experience in multiple trades to include tile, wood, vinyl, carpet, countertops, and cabinets -Must have experience leading a team or crew in a construction environment.
