Tasks

Reporting to the Account Manager, the Service Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of Team Leaders, Technicians and Subcontractors with support from Administration and Service Coordinating teams. The Service Manager will play a pivotal role managing a key account customer focusing and oversee the planning, rostering and job scheduling to ensure that services are delivered to the client efficiently and in line with legislative and client contractual requirements. The roles success is measured on how quickly we can resolve the customer needs and close of the business platforms within the contract time frame . -Ensure Technician productivity and efficiency is maximized through effective planning and scheduling of the team. -To effectively manage administrative requirements including operational reports. -Champion all operational business processes that affect direct reports (Service Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Technicians). -Develop long standing relationships with your customers and team members.
