Overview
Coordinate aggregate site operations, managing resources, safety, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Interact with clients/customers. -Assist with planning and controlling aggregate site operations to ensure production in accordance with safety standards, design requirements, and budgeted cost expenditures to achieve production and safety KPIs. -Prepare and monitor demand and production forecast reports. -Align resources required to execute the tasks at the aggregate sites. -Act as a resource to teams at all aggregate sites. -Prepare safety, production, cost, and downtime tracking reports. -Assist site teams in managing product inventories. -Source parts and services for ongoing operations and maintenance activities. -Schedule and perform regular site inspections to support the site’s operations. -Ensure all sites meet Health, Safety, and Environment requirements. -Monitor Quality Control results and provide reports to customers as required. -Manage sub-contractors and suppliers.

What You Bring
-Demonstrate organization and clear communication. -Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Project and Excel -Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills. -Ability to read, analyze, and identify discrepancies on engineering plans, specifications, and contract documents. -Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering Degree or Civil Engineering Technology diploma. -Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. -Excellent time management skills.
