Maintain accurate records of project progress, work performed, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit reports as required.
Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications.
Direct and supervise the work of electricians and electrical teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues.
Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems that arise during projects. Provide technical expertise and solutions.
Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces above- or below-ground level, such as: towers, scaffolding, vessels, excavations, etc.
Provide training and mentorship to electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
