  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, work performed, and any issues encountered. Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Ensure all electrical work meets quality standards and complies with relevant codes, regulations, and project specifications.
  • Direct and supervise the work of electricians and electrical teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues.
  • Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
  • Identify and resolve electrical issues and problems that arise during projects. Provide technical expertise and solutions.
  • Stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, or work at elevated heights as well as in confined spaces above- or below-ground level, such as: towers, scaffolding, vessels, excavations, etc.
  • Provide training and mentorship to electrical staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

  • Ability to communicate and understand verbal and written instructions in English.
  • Ability to manage projects and priorities effectively.
  • Able to carry 50 lbs. of tools and/or materials without assistance.

  • Proven experience in electrical supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Ability to understand and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Computer savvy.
  • State of Colorado Electrical License preferred.
  • Outdoor work in various weather conditions.
