Tasks
-Maintain cleanliness of client and staff conference rooms, lobby, and guest coffee bar -Responsible for general administrative support tasks such as, but not limited to, ordering supplies, distributing mail, maintaining printers/copiers, breakroom cleanliness and stocking, and assisting in firm meeting/event coordination -Responsible for greeting clients, vendors, and guests in a professional manner -Order food for meetings as needed and maintain firm snack inventory -Employees are regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls -Responsible for answering phone calls, transferring to firm personnel, and taking messages appropriately

What You Bring
-Prior accounting or professional services firm experience a plus -Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Punctual with strong attendance history -MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) proficiency and ability to type 35 wpm required -Ability to reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must regularly exert 20-40 pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects -1+ years of administrative work experience required -Commute to in-person office Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
