Tasks

-Prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements, budgets, and forecasts, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management for informed decision-making and strategic planning. -Lead and manage the financial operations of the organization, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting -Stay informed about industry trends, economic factors, and financial regulations, providing strategic advice and guidance to senior management on potential risks and opportunities. -Drive automation and process improvements in reporting and forecasting, including partnering with BI team to aggregate data from multiple ERP systems. -Drive strategic financial initiatives, such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and capital structure optimization, evaluating potential opportunities and risks to maximize shareholder value. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business plans, evaluate investment opportunities, and assess the financial viability of projects, providing financial modeling and analysis to support decision-making. -Monitor and review financial performance against established targets and benchmarks, identifying areas of improvement and implementing strategies to optimize profitability, cost efficiency, and cash flow. -Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard company assets, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards, and promote operational efficiency. -Provide financial guidance and support to department heads and managers, assisting in budget preparation, expense control, and financial performance tracking, while fostering a culture of financial accountability and cost consciousness. -Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting to internal stakeholders, including department heads and executives, providing relevant and actionable insights to support their decision-making process.
