Execute the month end financial reporting process for Retail, including monthly briefing presentations and forecasts
Ensure timely, accurate and factual performance insights and knowledge to enable prudent management of the Retail business
Act as a business consultant by providing decision support and recommendations to Retail business partners, such as Marketing, Pricing, Network Planning, Strategies and Operations
Act as an active participant on various project teams; responsible for performance reporting, analytics and insights
Develop and deliver Retail business plan and forecasting across Canada using historical and growth trends in addition to input from the business
Compile, prioritize and analyze data to generate monthly reporting on Retail financial and operational performance, highlighting key insights, opportunities and risks

Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, coupled with a curious mindset and the ability to tackle complex business reporting challenges
A University or College degree with a focus in either Business, Marketing, or Finance
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to translate data into meaningful insights for the business and senior leaders
Technical understanding in SAP/SACP and interest in learning data and analytics capabilities and related technologies such as Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure, etc
