Overview

Provide safety advisory support for rig and well operations on Barrow Island.

Tasks

-Developing and implementing SHEQ procedures that reflect enterprise-first thinking -Work with a Tier 1 client in a high-impact environment -Leading and reviewing training initiatives to ensure compliance and effectiveness -Building strong relationships with stakeholders and field safety leads -Delivering weekly safety meetings and SHEQ reports -Investigating incidents using ICAM & Taproot methodologies -Supporting rig crews in risk assessments and control implementation -Facilitating transparent reviews of operational risks with the SHEQ Manager -Conducting audits and inspections aligned with assurance plans

What You Bring

-Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety -Proven experience in field-based safety advisory roles -Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset -Safety Auditor accreditation (highly regarded) -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment -A current Driver’s Licence
