Attend Property Appraisal CPD Meetings and contribute as required.
Deliver agreed revenue targets based on team size, business won and output GM.
Manage day to day delivery of work and help to create an effective and high performing consultancy/surveying team.
Support the Associate/Project Managers and Head of Department in achieving successful sign off on projects including answering client queries and chasing debt as required.
Support development of colleagues where appropriate so they have the skills and motivation to undertake their roles.
Responsibility for meeting invoicing targets on small/medium sized projects including managing and having responsibility for resourcing levels.
Support the growth of customer relationships with both existing and new clients through fully understanding their requirements and delivering technically excellent services to agreed deliverables.
Creates new and imaginative approaches to work related issues. Identifies fresh approaches and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions.

Strong planning, communication, and people skills together with a “hands-on” approach.
Sound knowledge of the Property Appraisal Services and providing expert advice, with circa 5 years recent, relevant experience.
Ability to challenge positively and debate confidently, based on qualifications, experience, expertise, knowledge, and personal attributes.
Resolves difficult issues using appropriate conflict resolution techniques.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to deliver Condition/6 Facet surveys and work across both the Oakleaf and NIFES brands.
Good negotiation skills based on technical, commercial, and financial acumen.
