  • Attend Property Appraisal CPD Meetings and contribute as required.
  • Deliver agreed revenue targets based on team size, business won and output GM.
  • Manage day to day delivery of work and help to create an effective and high performing consultancy/surveying team.
  • Support the Associate/Project Managers and Head of Department in achieving successful sign off on projects including answering client queries and chasing debt as required.
  • Support development of colleagues where appropriate so they have the skills and motivation to undertake their roles.
  • Responsibility for meeting invoicing targets on small/medium sized projects including managing and having responsibility for resourcing levels.
  • Support the growth of customer relationships with both existing and new clients through fully understanding their requirements and delivering technically excellent services to agreed deliverables.
  • Creates new and imaginative approaches to work related issues. Identifies fresh approaches and shows a willingness to question traditional assumptions.

  • Strong planning, communication, and people skills together with a “hands-on” approach.
  • Sound knowledge of the Property Appraisal Services and providing expert advice, with circa 5 years recent, relevant experience.
  • Ability to challenge positively and debate confidently, based on qualifications, experience, expertise, knowledge, and personal attributes.
  • Resolves difficult issues using appropriate conflict resolution techniques.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to deliver Condition/6 Facet surveys and work across both the Oakleaf and NIFES brands.
  • Good negotiation skills based on technical, commercial, and financial acumen.
  • High degree of direction, self-reliance, assertiveness, and the ability to hit the ground running.
  • Interprets business needs and champions’ decisive action.
  • Understands and applies commercial and financial principles. Views issues in terms of costs, profits, markets and added value.
  • Ability to influence diverse groups and engage both internally and externally.
