Tasks

There’s a massive volume of residential work here, and they simply can’t service it all. The leadership team is expanding to make sure delivery keeps pace with demand. You’ll lead a team of around six within a larger group of 25, managing workflow, quality, and client outcomes — while still maintaining a strong personal fee base. -Lead, coach & mentor within one of QLD’s strongest residential teams -Lead a sub-team of valuers within the greater Brisbane division -Play a key role in succession planning for future Metro leadership -Assist in onboarding, training, and performance management of valuers -Manage client relationships and quality assurance across your group
