Tasks

-Lead the RAP Working Group and drive Aboriginal engagement and reconciliation. -Represent TasNetworks at schools and community events as the face of our engagement programs. -Coordinate community initiatives and ensure programs are delivered on time and on target. -Recruit, train and support volunteer presenters with engaging materials and resources. -Manage program budgets and prepare regular updates for the Sustainability Committee -Track KPIs and report outcomes to demonstrate program success.

What You Bring

-Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. -Confidence engaging with diverse internal and external stakeholders. -Understanding of reconciliation principles and community engagement. -Strong project management and coordination skills. -Current driver’s licence and Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (Employment) – we can assist with this if not currently held.
