What You Bring
-BS/MS in Electrical Engineering preferred. Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above. -U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. -Views problems as opportunities and can adapt quickly to new or changing business circumstances. -Onsite: physical presence at your assigned work location required 5 days per week. -Work Experience: Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience. -Hybrid: physical presence at your assigned work location required 3 days per week. -Cross-functional experience (6 months) -Proficient at diving deep into an assignment to fully grasp the engineering and technical core concepts to deliver innovative, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. -Demonstrated leadership skills: minimum of two examples such as: School club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or leadership of work projects.
