Overview

Supervise construction activities for the O2NL highway project, ensuring safety, quality and schedule.

Tasks

-Identify hazards, assess risks, and implement control measures in consultation with the team. -Promote total job safety and environmental awareness among employees, subcontractors, and all site personnel. -Ensure effective utilisation of equipment, materials, and personnel to meet project timelines and budgets. -Ensure all work complies with company policies, operating standards, and relevant codes and specifications. -Submit daily diaries and site performance reports promptly. -Report safety incidents, non-conformance reports, and plant damage to the Construction Manager in a timely manner. -Motivate and manage the workforce, including involvement in disciplinary processes as required. -Efficiently organise, coordinate, and direct construction activities in line with work schedules and specifications.

What You Bring

-Proven ability to lead, direct, and manage diverse teams. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role within the industry. -Relevant trades qualification in construction, building, or manufacturing. -Strong working knowledge of health, safety, and environmental requirements.
