Working alongside our Regional Director, you'll play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of the Wellington business, ensuring the continued delivery of exceptional projects, nurturing client relationships, and developing our people. As Commercial Manager, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership across all commercial and financial functions within the region. You'll work closely with our operations and pre-construction teams to deliver commercial excellence across a portfolio of projects, and a strong forward pipeline. You'll also lead a team of talented quantity surveyor managers and quantity surveyors, supported by experienced commercial and contract specialists. With around 30 commercial staff at varying stages of their careers, your ability to coach, empower, and build capability will be key to sustaining the strong, people-first culture that defines our Wellington team. While Wellington experience is preferred, we're open to exceptional candidates based elsewhere in New Zealand who are ready to relocate and make an impact in this market.
