Master of Planning, Engineering or Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree
Experience overseeing multiple technical teams while managing competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field and 10 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
