Overview
Manage financial activities, reporting, and vendor processing for property management.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Partner with field management staff, client accounting services, and management. -Impact the quality of own work. -Assist with the preparation of budgets, monthly reports, and financial projects. Code and process vendor invoices, billing, expense reports, and accounts receivables. -Exchange straightforward information, ask questions and check for understanding. -Assemble data reports including Accounts Receivable, Income, EBITDA, pipeline, and other business metrics. -Perform various regional, client account, and department administrative, process improvement, and financial functions. -Conduct internal compliance reviews. Report review outcomes and make recommendations for change. -Provide customer service support to internal and external clients for basic inquiries and questions. -Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. -Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

What You Bring
-In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them. -Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. -Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. -Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
