Drafter

Description

• Work on real-world projects that shape retail environments across the region.
• Maintain organized and accurate plan logs using MS Excel.
• Ensure all drawings meet project specifications, codes, and quality standards.
• Create and revise construction documents for store projects using AutoCAD.
• Communicate with both remote and on-site managers to ensure project alignment.
• Collaborate daily with a team of six drafters, sharing ideas and solving design challenges.

Requirements

• Understanding of interior architecture and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and solid drafting fundamentals.
• 6+ monthsof hands-on drafting experience (school, internship, or professional).
• AAS or Bachelor’s degreein drafting, architecture, or interior design.
• Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative design environment.
• Excellentcommunication and teamworkskills.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design sensibility.
• Enjoy a mix of independent focus time and team collaboration.
• Experience using MicroStation or similar drafting tools.
