Tasks

-Technical document preparation, Communication with PM team. -The purpose of this role is to tire designing of all steel category for new product as per market requirement. The person should be able to perform the required activity for new product design & improvement in existing product as per market feedback. -Responsible of Tire designing of all steel category as below. -Design standardization/ simplification in segment. -Responsible for New design Proposal making & DEPR approval. -Proto/pilot result review time & feedback to plant.

What You Bring

-Unigraphics /CATIA.3D Experience -Person should travel to plant as per requirement to smoothly execution of new tire development. -Claim/ fail tyre analysis -MS office (Excel & power point ) -B.Tech, M.Tech -Tire, manufacturing process/ technical knowledge of all steel tire. -Knowledge of DFMEA & design tools -Ability to take initiative -Cavity , Layout preparation, Pattern drawing -Should be capable of Study tire testing results & analysis. -Tire Design and development experience preferably in all steel. -Exposure to PLM software. -Good understanding of Basics of Mechanical Engineering. -Working experience in plant will be an added advantage.
