We are looking for a Loan Transaction Coordinator to serve as a liaison between borrowers, lenders, escrow officers, and other stakeholders to ensure loan files are complete, accurate, and efficiently processed from application to funding.

  • Coordinate the loan process from application through final funding.
  • Provide regular updates on loan status and progress.
  • Track key deadlines and ensure all loan conditions are met.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of lending guidelines and document requirements.
  • Schedule and confirm closings with all involved parties.
