Tasks

-Carry out joinery work to include repairing of doors, windows, signposts, formwork, and other bespoke timber items. -Responsible for ensuring H&S standards are achieved across the contract. -Responsible for joinery workshop - maintenance of machines, statutory inspections, housekeeping, and cleanliness. -Measure and quote for works. -Organise and plan your daily work with the supervisor, to record and submit all details of work carried out on relevant works orders. -Support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate. -Maintain stock of Building Maintenance material. -Handle all other reasonable requests as determined by your line manager.
