Graduate Quantity Surveyor supporting cost and contract management on water projects

Tasks

-Working alongside other professionals and JV construction partners, in multi-disciplinary -Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures -Monitor project costs, identify risks, and manage change processes -Assist in the management of subcontract works packages and the preparation of cash/payment applications -Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions -Assist with contract administration and commercial reporting -Contribute to value engineering, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting -Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients (e.g. Thames Water, Welsh Water, Scottish Water)

What You Bring

-Good numerical, analytical, and communication skills -Attention to detail, self-motivated and ability to work collaboratively in a team -Full UK driving licence (or working towards it) -A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline (RICS accredited preferred)
