The Role

Overview

Deliver training on software applications and SOPs for new partner onboarding

Tasks

-Design user-friendly training materials, including guides, presentations, and online resources. -Develop and deliver engaging in person or remote training sessions for groups ranging from 3 to 40 participants. -Gather feedback to continuously improve training programs and materials. -Assess the training needs of employees and tailor sessions accordingly. -Collaborate with M&A, IT, data integrity, and application development teams to stay updated on new features and standard operating procedures. -Provide one-on-one support and troubleshooting assistance as needed. -Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and user feedback.

What You Bring

-Experience in training or teaching, particularly in technology applications. -Ability to travel up to 80% to various Encore locations to facilitate training sessions for newly onboarded partner companies. -Strong understanding of various software applications and systems. -Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences. -Bachelor’s degree in Education, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
