The Role

Overview

Manage electrical design, procurement, and site installation for water/wastewater projects.

Tasks

-Off site management of manufacturing phase of process plant orders -Assist the QS in producing and defining the required scope of works -Hold regular progress meetings and obtain manufacturing progress reports -Assist in planning -Produce and update procurement schedule / plan -Support the construction team and attend site as necessary -Management and review of Design outputs and tender packs -Review of inspection and test plans -Procurement of MEICA process plant -Undertake technical and commercial bid analysis -Maintain good working relationships with client, sub-contractors and partners -Accept / issue instructions -Attend design and progress meetings. -Produce / review risk assessment & method statements -Control of site electrical – mechanical installation activities -Ensure that site installation programme is adhered to or bettered -Ensure completion and take-over of sub-contracts

Requirements

What You Bring

-CSCS card or equivalent. and EUSR Card -Electrical Engineering degree, diploma or equivalent -Experience on water/wastewater plant design construction and procurement -Full Driving licence
