Tasks

To ensure compliance with Health and Safety requirements and to assist in any training of the team. Achieve contract SLA/KPI in all reactive / planned work orders across all service lines for the contract site. To perform planned preventative and reactive maintenance tasks on all associated water services equipment, including fault diagnostics and repair. To learn, understand and comply with Client policies and procedures To comply with all Health and Safety policies and procedures To attend and fully participate in training and the annual review / appraisal process as required To carry out work in a safe and diligent manner, using point of work risk assessments where required. Participate in adherence to Quality System documentation. Assist Contract Manager in organisation, management and co-ordination of on-site services to ensure service is maintained to the highest standard in all circumstances You will form part of the on site team and be responsible for carrying out a wide range of commercial electrical installation, maintenance, fault finding and reactive repairs to the various LV electrical systems on site. You will also carry out a multitude of other service tasks unrelated to your primary trade at mentioned locations. If requested, to assist with the monitoring and supervision of subcontractors on a day to day basis, including apprentices. This to include assisting with the processing and completion of college reports if required.

Ability to carry out minor surveys and inspections To understand and complete all work related documentation accurately and on time Simple Report writing is essential to the role. -Strong customer care focus -City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications -Experience in 3 phase and single phase Electrical Installations & Repair, motors, pumps and some controls are desirable -Smart in appearance -Ability to work at heights is advantageous -Full and Clean driving Licence -Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge -Competent LV Electrical installation and maintenance excluding testing
