Tasks

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions. - Maintain relationships with current and future clients. - Extend job offers to successful candidates and negotiate compensation packages. - Conduct reference checks and background screenings on selected candidates. - Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referrals. - Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. - Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. - Conduct phone/video screens and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for our clients open positions. - Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate information and track progress throughout the recruitment process. - Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

What You Bring

- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Corporate Recruiter. - Strong understanding of HR sourcing strategies and techniques. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team. The Executive Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates, and complete write-up of prospective candidates, to conducting phone/video interviews, managing the deal process, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and be familiar with sourcing candidates as well as various recruitment tools and strategies. Must have a recruiting background or do not apply! - In-depth knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including applicant tracking systems (Taleo, Salesforce, Workday). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred. - Familiarity with talent management systems.

Benefits

- Full medical, dental, vision benefits at 60 days for the recruiter - 50% paid for their dependents, and 401k plan. There are no fees to our candidates. - Full commission at 40,45,& 50% of our service fees - average $12,000/closed deal (Recruiters are closing 18 deals their first year!).
