Tasks
-Actively listens to concerns, feedback, and ideas from team members and stakeholders. -Anticipates downstream impacts of decisions and integrates long-term considerations into short-term actions. -Ensures delivery activities comply with nuclear safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. -Ensure timely assurance delivery -Coordinate interfaces between supply chain and other teams -Balances competing priorities such as safety, cost, schedule, and stakeholder expectations. -Ensure that engineering and design outputs are translated effectively into project deliverables. -Provides accurate and timely delivery updates to his/her supervisor -Accountable for combined project performance for Dock and Berthing, MEP, communication and electrical systems plus submarines overside services. -Accountable for the development of project plans ensuring alignment with the Project Execution Plan (PEP) and programme strategy. -Oversee key Dock and Berthing, MEP, communication, services and electrical systems plus submarines overside services activities, and supply chain ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and schedule -Manage change control processes for their area. -Effectively manages multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholder demands in a high-pressure environment. -Accountable for managing all Dock and Berthing, MEP, communication, services and electrical systems plus submarines overside services supply chain setting direction and deploying resource where needed. -Ensure effective coordination with the supply chain. -Ensures that all changes to project scope, schedule, or cost are controlled and aligned with programme governance. -Accountable for achieving key physical milestones, including enabling works, construction phases, and readiness for commissioning in relation to Dock and Berthing, MEP, communication, services and electrical systems plus submarines overside services. -Builds trust through transparency, consistency, and integrity in all interactions. -Ensures effective coordination between design, construction, commissioning, supply chain and between projects -Help manage nuclear safety and quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. -Ensures delivery risks are identified for their project remit, and supply chain escalating critical risks and ensuring mitigation plans are in place. -Leads a team and supply chain, ensuring appropriate resourcing, mobilisation, and performance. -Makes sound decisions under pressure, often with incomplete or evolving information. -Maintain and act on a live register of delivery risks and issues, for project and supply chain escalating where necessary. -Responsible for project KPIs for schedule, cost, quality, and safety performance for areas managed.

What You Bring
-Experience implementing structured change control processes in high-assurance environments. -Clearly conveys complex technical and programme information to diverse audiences -Able to manage multiple supply chains -Chartered IMechE /Chartered Engineer CEng/Chartered MAPM or equivalent professional status or working to -Deep understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing, and commissioning processes. -Demonstrates awareness of team dynamics and individual needs, supporting team morale and wellbeing. -Works effectively across multidisciplinary teams, fostering a cooperative and inclusive environment. -Ideally an understanding of nuclear safety principles, construction safety, and quality assurance standards. -Ability to analyse multifaceted technical, logistical challenges and develop practical, risk-informed solutions. -Skilled in managing design-to-delivery transitions and resolving technical interface issues. -NEC qualification or equivalent -Experience in delivery assurance, quality control, and performance reporting. -Understanding of configuration management and technical baselining. -NOTC1-4, & 7 -Proven experience in delivering large-scale, complex infrastructure projects ideally in nuclear structures (Cat A)
