Tasks
In this pivotal role, you’ll guide the direction and delivery of key solutions that support a large-scale, complex program of work. Working across business and technical teams, you’ll translate needs into a clear product vision, shape the roadmap, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic objectives. You’ll be the connector between strategy, technology, and execution - influencing outcomes and driving value across the organisation. -Oversee execution – translate business vision and strategy into product roadmap, release plans, and manages product priorities set by the business throughout planning, refinement, review, and sprint cycles. -Manage the product backlog - create and maintain the list of user stories, prioritising them based on the overall strategy and business objectives -Act as primary liaison - be the main communicator and link between stakeholders and product teams, ensuring stakeholder buy-in on all major decisions and product strategy, while providing clear instructions and deliverables for product teams -Prioritise needs – manage the scope, budget, and time, weigh priorities according to the needs and objectives of stakeholders. -Present all product showcases throughout development - demonstrate functionality and act as the focal point for how challenges are being overcome -Evaluate product progress at each iteration - take accountability for each stage of the development process and the final product by inspecting and evaluating progress through each iteration. -Reduce Technical Debt - accountable for addressing technical debt reduction in all priority considerations and maintaining transparency on the state of the application. -Define the product vision for the team - act as the point person for product development, using high-level perspective to define goals and create a clear vision for development projects. -Represent sponsors and business areas - understand and anticipate the business needs to manage the prioritisation more effectively, engage business owners and subject matter experts as appropriate, use deep market knowledge and communication skills.

What You Bring
-Prior experience in developing product strategy, product development roadmap and process success in delivering to a plan -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline -Strong communication and interpersonal skills in influencing senior management and guiding working groups -Demonstrated experience working in or leading projects using an Agile methodology -Clear decision-making ability and proven success in balancing multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure and meeting deadlines. -Demonstrated success delivering project outcomes including design, development, and implementation -Seasoned professional with extensive expertise and knowledge having worked as a Program or Project Manager for a minimum of 8 + years with demonstrated experience in high value/highly complex projects.
