Tasks

Work closely with hiring managers and delivery teams to meet client expectations on quality and timelines. Utilize portals like LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, and internal ATS for effective talent sourcing. Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Source, screen, and qualify candidates for Engineering, Manufacturing, and Professional roles in the US market. Adhere to compliance and client SLAs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

What You Bring

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience working with VMS/MSP clients preferred. 🕐 Experience: 2 – 6 Years | Domain: IT/ Engineering / Manufacturing / Automotive / Healthcare / Pharma Manage multiple requisitions efficiently with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Flexible to work in EST/CST time zones. We’re looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter / Staffing Specialist to support our US clients across Manufacturing, Engineering, Automotive, and Healthcare domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment, preferably working with VMS/MSP systems and direct client interaction. Candidates with W2 hiring experience are highly preferred. 2+ years of US Recruitment experience (IT / Non-IT / Engineering / Automotive / Healthcare).
