Tasks

You will head up a team of Project Managers, working alongside an established diverse team of professionals, across sectors including commercial, residential, education, healthcare, and leisure. -Contribute to strategic business planning and the continued expansion of the consultancy -Provide hands-on leadership on key commissions, ensuring quality, integrity and commercial success -Deliver high-value projects from inception to completion across general build sectors (not infrastructure or power) -Set and deliver the PM strategy for the region -Win work, deepen key client accounts, and enhance the PM offering -Lead and grow the Project Management team in Winchester, reporting into the Regional Director -Drive growth, quality and client satisfaction -Mentor, manage and develop PMs, building a high-performing, collaborative team

What You Bring

Only applicants meeting the MRICS (or equivalent) + UK consultancy criteria will be progressed. -Proven experience in client development and relationship management -Track record of winning frameworks and repeat clients -A strong regional network and client/sector contacts across the South -Demonstrable experience building or scaling teams -Broad experience across general build sectors (e.g. commercial, resi, education, healthcare, leisure – not infrastructure or power) -Strong leadership skills – team management, people development, leading from the front -Experience gained within a UK consultancy environment delivering complex building projects -MRICS (or an equivalent professional qualification) -Experience with P&L/commercial oversight
