Financial analyst supporting supply chain/manufacturing with forecasting, budgeting, cost analysis, and controls.

Tasks

-Enhance reporting through streamlining and automation and participation in and support of continuous improvement projects - 5% -Assists in the analysis of strategic initiatives and in the preparation of recommendations - 10% -Assist in development of monthly forecast for Supply Chain Services and Operations (Manufacturing) and prepare communication to Functional and Business Leadership - 30% -Analyze and understand results, trends, and variances for functional fixed costs. Identify and communicate issues, and correct as necessary. Monitor fixed costs for Supply Chain Services and Operations - 40% -Support Annual Budget and Five Year Planning process for Supply Chain Services and Operations - 10%

What You Bring

-Strong analytical ability and attention to detail -Strong proficiency in modeling capability tools such as Python, R, Alteryx, Tableau, Hyperion with knowledge of SAP FI/CO/MM modules -Manufacturing Company experience required; Chemical Manufacturing experience preferred Multinational Company / International Management experience is a plus -Excellent oral and written communication skills -3-6+ years of experience in Financial Analysis and/or Cost Accounting -Financial Accounting, Economic Evaluation expertise -Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint -Bachelor’s in Business Management / Finance / Accounting (Masters/MBA/CPA/CFA preferred) -Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize issues and proactively address them
