What You Bring

-Must possess the ability and tools to repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise. -Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed. -Background Screening and Drug Test Required -Ideal candidate has (3) plus years of Maintenance Technician experience. -This candidate must be available for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week. -Must be able to move heavy equipment safely, using proper equipment.
