Tasks

-Prepare and deliver high-quality investment memoranda, marketing materials, cash flow analyses, and market reports. -Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, REITs, AHBs, developers, and agents. -Liaise with legal, planning, valuation, and development consultants during due diligence and transaction processes. -Track and analyse market trends, yields, rental performance, and pipeline activity -Rent roll analysis, project market rents and consider rent roll analysis for future owners -Underwriting (modelling) deals for the team -Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to deliver strategic investment advice. -Provide financial/operating/market data analysis to support operations and identify opportunities to maximize value -Manage end-to-end investment transactions, including acquisition, development advice, and sale -Identify and secure PRS and BTR investment sale opportunities across Dublin and wider Ireland, as appropriate

What You Bring

-Will have 10+ years experience in a similar role -The ideal candidate should have strong quantitative and analytical abilities, a finance or real estate background, and a passion for real estate -Will have experience of modelling BTR acquisitions and development -Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related field
