  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with government agencies.
  • Monitor financial results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance property and portfolio value.
  • Guide long-term capital planning to support reinvestment needs.
  • Identify risks across financial, operational, and regulatory areas
  • Perform site visits to assess property conditions and capital project progress
  • Support community impact initiatives, including resident engagement and sustainability.
  • Oversee a portfolio of affordable multifamily properties throughout NYC.
  • Collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams.
  • Work with property management leadership and external advisors to drive improvement and lead/mentor a team of asset managers.
  • Prepare and deliver clear updates to senior leadership.
  • Manage transaction activity including refinancing, loan modifications, and dispositions.

  • 8–12 years of multifamily real estate experience with significant asset management responsibilities, experience in Affordable housing is required.
  • Track record of successfully executing refinancing and disposition transactions.
  • Strong understanding of NYC affordable housing programs
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree would be preferred.
