Role

Build and maintain strong working relationships with government agencies.
Monitor financial results, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance property and portfolio value.
Guide long-term capital planning to support reinvestment needs.
Identify risks across financial, operational, and regulatory areas
Perform site visits to assess property conditions and capital project progress
Support community impact initiatives, including resident engagement and sustainability.
Oversee a portfolio of affordable multifamily properties throughout NYC.
Collaborate with development, construction, and property management teams.
Work with property management leadership and external advisors to drive improvement and lead/mentor a team of asset managers.
Prepare and deliver clear updates to senior leadership.
Manage transaction activity including refinancing, loan modifications, and dispositions.
