Tasks

-Through either inbound calls or outbound sales leads focuses on acquiring new business through new customers or existing customers -Sell relatively standardized offerings with a single application -Facilitating credit approval, set up, and activation -Develop understanding of all our products to provide the best solution for our customer needs -Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities -Execute simple and short-term sales cycle which may or may not lead to a long-term customer relationship -Ensure accuracy when requests are logged, resolved and escalated where appropriate -Make sound decisions and provide support to team members -Support service and delivery teams by ensuring any commitments to customers is within the team’s ability to execute in a timely and efficient manner -Drive new product sales and/or upsells value added offerings to customers

What You Bring

-1-3 years’ experience in sales/marketing and customer service required -Spend significant time on prospecting activity; spend little or no time on post-sales activities -Able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude with strong customer service skills -Communicate effectively to build rapport and sustain relationships -Knowledge of liquid-petroleum products (i.e., heating oil, and propane) is considered an asset -High School with Post-secondary education preferred -Demonstrate reliability and collaboration in a team environment
