-Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, ensuring resolution and satisfaction. -Implement advanced HVAC technologies and best practices to stay ahead in the industry. -Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous professional development of team members. -Maintain accurate service records and reports for internal and external use. -Ensure timely completion of service calls and maintain high-quality standards. -Coordinate and manage daily service schedules, optimizing technician productivity. -Monitor and enforce safety protocols to promote a secure working environment. -Supervise, mentor, and inspire a team of HVAC technicians to achieve service excellence. -Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. -Track expenses and revenue to ensure the department meets financial goals. -Evaluate current service processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency and quality improvement. -Conduct regular team meetings to share updates, provide training, and foster a positive team culture. -Develop and manage the service department’s budget, focusing on cost control and profitability. -Maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing feedback and enhancing service offerings.

What You Bring

-High school diploma or GED; technical training in HVAC is preferred. -Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. -A minimum of 5 years in HVAC services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. -Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, safety standards, and troubleshooting techniques. -Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
