Tasks
-Lead and manage GIS and CAD workflows across multiple masterplanning projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality. -Integrate GIS analysis into planning reports and client presentations. -Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including urban designers, planners, and engineers. -Maintain drawing standards and ensure compliance with project-specific and regional requirements. -Develop and maintain spatial databases, maps, and visualizations to support planning and design decisions. -Translate conceptual designs into detailed CAD drawings and GIS datasets for presentation and documentation. -Liaise directly with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables. -Support site analysis, land use planning, and infrastructure mapping using GIS tools.

What You Bring
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior GIS/CAD Specialist to support the delivery of large-scale masterplanning projects as part of a growing masterplanning and urban design team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–4 years of professional experience within urban planning, architecture, or landscape architecture environments, with a strong focus on projects in the Middle East region. -Experience with BIM integration and 3D modeling tools (e.g., Rhino, Revit). -3–4 years’ experience working on large-scale masterplanning projects. -Bachelor’s degree in Geography, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field. -Strong understanding of spatial analysis, data management, and cartographic principles. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Knowledge of scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, ModelBuilder) is a plus. -Familiarity with regional planning regulations and cultural contexts in the Middle East. -Proven experience delivering projects in the Middle East (e.g., Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar). -Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS) and CAD tools (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
