Intern - Accounting

Overview

Assist with accounting for construction projects: AP/AR, cost reconciliation, month‑end close, reporting.

Tasks

-Building Performance - Control systems, fault detection, energy services and remote monitoring -Service - Scheduled preventative maintenance ensuring tenant comfort, and 24/7 emergency response -Help your team! That could mean assisting with accounts payable and receivable, reconciling project costs, helping with month-end close, and supporting financial reporting for active jobs -New Construction - Engineering, fabrication and installation of mechanical systems for new projects following lean construction practices
