Tasks
-Support, mentor, and work collaboratively with your team and subcontractors. -Develop and manage preventative, corrective, and asset replacement maintenance plans. -Handle invoicing, pricing, and financial reporting accurately and on time. -Drive quality, safety, and efficiency across all workstreams. -Promote a positive, safety-focused team culture and uphold Northpower’s values. -Oversee maintenance activities for substations and high-voltage systems, ensuring compliance with all regulations. -Manage minor capital works and corrective maintenance from scoping to completion.

What You Bring
-Project management experience (PMP certification a plus). -Strong asset management and maintenance planning skills. -5+ years’ operational experience in electrical distribution, substations, or high-voltage maintenance. -Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. -EWRB registration. -Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. -A team player with the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally.
