The Role
Overview
Oversee aerial and helicopter inspections, develop flight plans, coordinate resources, and ensure schedule and budget compliance.

Tasks
-Works closely with Work Management & Resources to validate comprehensive work plan. -Develops, manages, and communicates 3-week look ahead schedules to all impacted stake holders. -Utilize workload management database, update any assigned projects, and reviews workload analysis reports for action. -Acts as point of contact for Inspection Supervisors, ensures the execution plan and assigned resources are adequate to deliver the highest value. Obtains any information, resources, services or materials needed to maintain the execution workflow, budget and schedule from all stakeholders. -Leads job scope discussions and attends scope reviews to provide access and execution input. -Compiles and interprets work scope and relevant data for Field Inspection teams. Following start of inspections, consults and supports mitigation of schedule and access issues with office and field teams. -Develop strategic flight plan to achieve year end workplan targets. -Addresses all communication and inspection documentation issues with field teams and desktop inspection review team supervisors. -Monitor daily activities and make appropriate flight notifications to federal and state agencies. -Coordinate resolution of access issues identified by field teams and provide resolution feedback.

What You Bring
-Demonstrated abilities in Cost accounting / Inspection / Contract administration. -Ability to lead teams to perform effectively under deadlines and in emergency situations. -Working Knowledge Primavera P6, Unifier, Primavera Contracts Manager, Prolog or similar. -7 years of experience in the field of Industrial engineering or Construction. -Ability to understand, interpret and communicate civil/electrical work procedures, process instrumentation, work methods, standards, policies, and guidelines. -Travel approximately 50% with occasional overnight stays. -Knowledge of carbon steel piping materials, welding processes and standards used on Gas Transmission Construction. -Demonstrated knowledge in Gas Transmission Construction. -Long-term planning and scheduling skills. -Strong project and people management skills. -Ability to perform cost and project scheduling. -Knowledge of the company’s emergency management processes. -Demonstrates skill in achieving cooperation from others to achieve a goal. -Demonstrated knowledge in Electric Transmission Inspections. -Familiarity with the processes and orientation of construction contracting firms. -Demonstrated knowledge in Electric Transmission Construction. -Advanced knowledge of Gas Transmission construction projects in all disciplines: civil, mechanical and pipelines. -Ability to lead trainings and coach less experienced employees. -9 years working experience in the field of Industrial Engineering or Construction. -Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience -Advanced Knowledge of California and Federal regulatory requirements such as Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC).
